Refund Policy

At FenSkald (accessible from https://fenskald.com), we want to be fully transparent about the purchasing terms of our premium subscriptions. By purchasing access to FenSkald PRO, you agree to all terms described in this Refund Policy.

1. Who sells to you, and who decides refunds

Your FenSkald PRO subscription is sold by Tebex (Tebex.io), acting as Merchant of Record. That means the contract of sale is between Tebex and you, not between FenSkald and you. Tebex issues the invoice, collects any applicable tax and handles the payment.

As a result, the final decision on any refund rests with Tebex. FenSkald can review your case and recommend a refund, and we will do so where Section 3 applies, but we cannot grant or guarantee one ourselves.

Because access to FenSkald PRO is enabled immediately after payment, we do not normally recommend refunds once access is active, except in the cases set out in Section 3. This does not limit any rights the law of your country gives you against Tebex as the seller.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases, along with the conditions under which that right can lapse when performance begins immediately with your express consent.

You exercise that right against Tebex, who is the seller. Any consent regarding immediate performance is collected during Tebex's checkout, not on this page. See Tebex's terms for the applicable procedure.

3. Technical Exceptions and Manual Refunds

We value the quality of our streaming tools. Therefore, we will recommend a refund to Tebex where the following demonstrable technical condition applies:

• Critical Platform Failure: If a configured widget exhibits a severe technical issue or incompatibility attributable to FenSkald that completely prevents it from functioning inside OBS Studio or other compatible broadcasting software.
• Notification and Resolution Period: You must report the issue in detail to our support email (support@fenskald.com) within 14 days of purchase. If our support team cannot resolve the technical issue within 7 business days of receiving your report, we will recommend that Tebex refund the active billed period.

4. Subscription Cancelation

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your FenSkald PRO subscription at any time from your settings panel.

Upon cancelation:

• Your account will continue to enjoy the benefits of the premium plan until the current billing cycle (monthly or annual) ends.
• No future charges will be billed to your payment method.
• We do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days of an active billing cycle.

5. Payment Management & Billing by Third Parties (Tebex)

FenSkald payments are processed and managed by Tebex (Tebex.io) as Merchant of Record. Where your case meets the conditions in Section 3, we will pass our refund recommendation to Tebex; approval and execution are Tebex's. Refunds Tebex approves usually reach your original payment method within 3 to 10 banking business days.

6. Donations received by creators

This policy covers subscriptions to the FenSkald PRO plan. Donations a creator receives through their FenSkald page are not covered by it.

• Not handled by FenSkald: the money goes straight from the donor's PayPal account to the creator's, without passing through FenSkald. We cannot refund a donation because we never received those funds.
• Who to contact: any claim about a donation must be raised directly with the creator who received it or, where applicable, through PayPal's dispute resolution mechanisms and under PayPal's policies.
• Effect on the channel: if a donation is reversed after it has already been shown on stream, the alert or the time added to a counter will already have happened. FenSkald does not automatically undo those effects.
