Is FenSkald free? Do the widgets have a watermark?
Yes, FenSkald has a free forever plan. You can run up to 4 widgets at once at no cost and with no watermarks on any widget, on any plan. The free plan includes Kick and Twitch multistream and the classic design of every widget.
What is the difference between the Free and Pro plan?
The Free plan allows up to 4 widgets at once and Pro ($5.88/month) makes them unlimited. Pro adds six of its own widgets — live clips, polls, OBS panel, task list, top users and PayPal donations — plus exclusive designs and themes, and per-stream viewer analytics. Kick and Twitch multistream and the absence of watermarks are in both plans.
Does FenSkald take a commission on donations?
No. FenSkald takes 0% of donations. The money goes straight from the donor's PayPal account to the streamer's and never passes through FenSkald. The only fee deducted is PayPal's own, which is theirs and not under our control. With the Pro plan you generate your own donation page and a banner for your channel panel, with no API to connect: your PayPal email is enough.
Does FenSkald work with Kick and Twitch at the same time?
Yes. You can connect Kick and Twitch simultaneously and see chats and alerts from both platforms in a single OBS widget, without additional tools. Multistream mode is included in the free plan.
How do I add widgets and overlays to OBS Studio?
In OBS Studio, add a Browser Source, paste your FenSkald widget URL and set the size. The widget updates in real time without reloading OBS. The whole process takes under a minute.
What is a subathon timer and how does it work in OBS?
A subathon timer is a countdown that automatically extends each time someone subscribes or donates during the stream.
